Anyone experiencing crashes on the Xbox one Iv re installed the game still happening is the issues in there end or mine?

Game is horribly optimized and buggy. My game freezes just from pressing the pause menu alot

I thought it was just me, it crashes at the same spot when loading to main menu with the dragon and the load bar takes me start to dashboard

Most of the time none of the items in my inventory have icons they are almost always blank. And my vault are always blank and when they do have icons they are for completely different weapons
