What's your guys' opinions on LS swapping the world? I've seen so many different types of cars that have been LS swapped and it's honestly badass. Saw this lil 1977 Austin Mini at LS Fest.

| I feel like it's just way overdone. Everyone has done or seen a LS swap and a Cummins swap, thankfully now we're veering towards hellcat swaps lol, but there are so many other cool options that people could use, it's just the LS is everyone's choice and now it's boring. |

As a lover of 90s Japanese shitboxes it kinda hurts to see sometimes, especially on cars that already had an iconic drive terrain.
But it definitely can, and has been done well, as long as it's not a rotary car. |

Why not lol. It can be cheap affordable hp. Every junk yard has them now for $300 to $500. I'm gathering parts right now to ls swap a s10 with a turbo. Just need fuel system, holley computer, and transmission to get it driving right now.

| ls are cheap and plentiful so not a bad option i also like chevys l96 engine just because you make decent power off that as well with a few upgrades |

Just 200k miles of ring gap lol. Plus ls9 head gasket, btr cam and springs, ls9 lifters, and trunion upgrade. I'm going to try to get enough fuel system for around 1k hp. If it makes that much idk lol. I'm going to run e85 but methanol might be a Option because idk if I want to deal with mounting a intercooler and the water lines. But with methanol being almost $10 a gallon and burns almost double the rate then regular gas, it'll be tough joy riding it on the streets lol. When it goes maybe I'll have my other 6.0 built to handle more. |
