PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor ($279.00 @ Umart) Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($139.00 @ Amazon Australia) Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory ($97.60 @ Device Deal) Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($123.77 @ JW Computers) Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 6600 XT 8 GB EAGLE Video Card ($414.00 @ JW Computers) Case: Silverstone FARA R1 PRO ATX Mid Tower Case ($109.00 @ Centre Com) Power Supply: EVGA GD (2019) 600 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($89.00 @ BPC Technology) Monitor: AOC CQ27G2 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor ($297.00 @ JW Computers) Total: $1548.37 If you can manage a little over budget. If you need it under $1500AUD, then you're probably going to have to drop the 1440p144Hz monitor for a 1080p144Hz one- that'll save you $100-120AUD. If you can manage the extra $30AUD, I'd grab the Bitfenix Whisper M 650W instead of the EVGA GD 600W; the Bitfenix PSU is a bit better quality and fully modular. EVGA will do the job if you'd rather just save the $30 though. Add an HDD when you have some more cash. Just get the cheapest 7200RPM HDD in the capacity you want/need. I'd also add an aftermarket CPU cooler at some point, but the stock R5 5600 cooler will do for now. |
