Yes. You should always keep your drivers up to date. Download Nvidia GeForce, it'll tell you when there is a new up to date and you can download it and install it through the app.

Driver updates typically come with slight improvements to new games. There's nothing wrong with using old drivers unless you have a specific graphics issue.

To add to this, all of the components in your PC have drivers. keeping them up to date, for the most part, will help with your PC running efficiently and to avoid any problems that may arise. A good lightweight program I use to scan my pc and see if my drivers are out of date or not is Driver Identifier

Don't use third-party driver updaters or system optimisers. Software like this exists to serve ads and has no utility. Windows Update handles drivers automatically.

This software simply tells you if anything is out of date. Doesn't install anything for you at all, however it does provide links to the manufacturer websites' drivers

It's a copy of the Microsoft Update Catalog plus ads, minus functionality.

catalog.update.microsoft.com

Driver ldentifier has spelling errors on its site, has minions on its FaceBook, and is detected as a PUP by antivirus. Be smart.
