Me personally my favourite meal of the day is breakfast and i can eat 2 Wholemeal and 5 boiled eggs with beans every day.

Macro friendly in the sense of trying to bulk because I used to be a skinny b*tch I'm gonna go with ground beef and rice with some guac, sour cream and salsa. Easy 1K calorie plus meal if your portions are pretty decent. Can slam that every day and twice on Sunday.

That sounds like a banger im on a deficit currently with a bit of orals as i got short 4 week window till my next trip abroad. Got 8% Bodyfat i gotta lose that i gained during my last holiday then i caught covid the day after i got home lol.
