the best i can do is one feather on each side for bench been working at this for awhile.
i'm actually pretty good at squatting i can do 1 gallon jugs of water in each hand. and for my deadlifts i'm the best in my town i can use the practice bar, honestly the hardest thing i ever achieved in my life. |

This is going back a looong time. I don't work out with such weights anymore, but I do remember my flat bench press. When I started training I set myself the goal of doing a single rep of 100kg. After an entire year of overly-intense training I managed 98.5kg. I never reached the 100 mark!
Ah well... |
