Just tried it again myself and works perfectly fine. When you click transfer it should open up the Xbox App on your phone and connect straight away.

I would suggest unlinking through discord and re-linking or try using a different xbox account and linking that to your discord to distinguish if the issue lies with your Xbox or Discord profiles. Some users have reported issues and it does seem to be an anomaly.

Yeah i just tried everything you said and still no luck man just no connecting when i press transfer
