What is your budget and currency? £1300
What will you use the PC for? Gaming, FPS titles
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? Primary, 1440p, 144Hz
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No
Do you need an operating system? No
Will you overclock? No
Anything else we should know?

Small form factor would be great but if it's a pain in the ass then full size is ok too

What can I sell my current PC for?

Processor - i5 8600k
RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB, 3200Mz
GPU - Palit GTX 1080
PSU - Seasonic 850W Gold+
MB: PRIME Z370-A
Case: Cooler Master something or other

Thanks

Hey! Not sure if you got sorted this this or not - but did a rough part list for you.

It's slightly over budget (1400) and I never included any case fans as I was unsure if you were after RGB or not - plus fans can be pricey depending on what you are after.

You can chop and change at parts, this included a brand new GPU but you can grab these second hand off eBay for much less. I recently picked up a 6 month old 3080 for 520 - so you could find a 3070 for less or even go for a 3060TI. Depending on what games you are looking to play, expected FPS and whether you are looking to run 1080p or 1440p.

Went with a Ryzen 7 5800x but you could switch this for a cheaper CPU if you wanted or if you are team intel you could switch to one of theirs.

Hope this helps!

PC Case: NZXT H510 ELITE
GPU: EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3070 FTW3
MOBO: ASUS Z590P PRIME
CPU: i5-10600K + COOLER MASTER MASTER AIR MA624 STEALTH
PSU: NZXT E850
SSD: SAMSUNG SSD 250GB 980 PRO NVMe M.2 + SAMSUNG SSD 500GB 870 EVO
RAM: 16GB FURY Beast RGB

It's my current PC, upgraded some two years ago, rest lately. Planning on buying sooner or later a 1700 LGA mobo and some newer i7, I guess. Unsure yet. If you aren't planning to go for the 40 series, then get some 3080 ti, or at least 3070. I can't recommend you CPU because that is really up to you. Get some budget-friendly but still not overrated, same goes for the other parts. Or get core parts now. The rest you can change one by one.
