James wroteDan wroteJames wroteDan wrote Shite first half, brilliant second half. Just because there's a handful of american people that can actually play football doesn't mean you know shit. The fact you're using this "we stopped you from winning and you're supposed to be the real football ones" narrative is the saddest part about it. You have no football heritage, there are no great stories about Americans in football, your country only has the MLS because they wanted to host the WC in the 90s. Gareth Bale is older than your entire football League. I don't need a coping mechanism, I love my birthplace. Win, Lose or Draw i'm just happy to watch them play. Out of me and you, it's you bragging about a DRAW. Ill stick to watching the land of my fathers play in the biggest tournament in the world. You can go back to watching the only one of your three nations that was able to qualify. |

Have to side with James on this. Say the line.. Scotland aren't in it we know, but, I am as guilty as the rest. Would be one of the first to speak total dirt of the USA football team. Football has come some distance in the USA and the country are producing some amount of talent. To play the card of not being in the World Cup for for 70 years and that sort of nonsense is rubbish, it's on the same level as my "it's good for Celtic to just be in the champions league". What's even the point of taking the spot if you are gonna be a happy clapper in the worlds biggest stage. If it were Scotland I'd be absolutely furious because for me Wales should not be needing a penalty to secure a single point against the US
Anyway, I guess it's how many goals yous can ship against Iran each to see who progresses because both of you are getting pumped by England... unfortunately. Sorry quick edit just seen your most recent post Dan. If you feel this way about Wales, support fkin Cardiff mate. As much as an englandog as Prince George |

Alright last bit from me.
1. I do support Cardiff, i've had season tickets since i was 7. And i have said this before. 2. I have 2 fathers, both made me support their teams when i was young it is what it is. 3. I and no other welsh person is expecting us to win the WC(obvs) or even get further than the Round of 16. I am just happy to watch Bale, Ramsey and Allen play in a world cup both in my lifetime and before they retire. The fact that both of you weirdos are getting more vexed about how I feel about a draw is proper cringe. I've already said that USA are a talented young side. YOUNG. Because they only found out what football was because of Dempsey and now there's actually money and effort in their dogshit league. Goodnight fellas thanks for your concern on my behalf. |

Dan wroteJames wroteDan wroteJames wroteDan wrote Shite first half, brilliant second half. Dude you keep contradicting everything you say.. Gareth is older than our entire league and we only have the MLS, then why can't you beat little ole USA? I'm not bragging about a draw, I'm pissed because we are better than Wales. But you guys celebrating a draw is so depressing because like you said we have no heritage and we only have the MLS.. your penalty hero is older than our league but you still couldn't win. Boy things have really hotted up in here.
Meh, any nation that gets a last minute winner in a WC is gonna get as excited as a band of baboons stumbling over a lost lamb. Up the Lions o' Teranga! |
