Most trusted sellers are good from my experience, Orca is the worst I have had.

I purchased 10 bot lobbies from Orca". at first everything seemed fine, and you know what they say that u should always trust your gut but this time i didnt and it costed me, it all sememd off from the beginning.

He was very unprofessional firstly, i asked and explained that i wanted hardpoint only lobbies, and not hardcore. as for some reason he wouldn't do shoot house which is easier in every aspect, @Lyzan can vouch for this, best seller ive been to. never had any issues, we found games fast in shoot house. he first said he can't do hardpoint then messaged me later on saying that he can do hardpoint. I then asked if he price matched as most sellers did 70 dollars for ten lobbies which was a fair price but he charged me 100 dollars, what a joke. but thats on me. i was a bit desperate as no one else was replying to me so i did it as im from Australia and the time zone difference had sellers taking long to get back to me or to host.

He finally invited me anyway, and decides to put me into a hardcore lobby, i leave the game thinking i joined the wrong account and told him i paid core lobbies only. he then told me that i need to wait 40 minutes when firstly i already waited to secondly it was my turn, 40 min ago by and he invites me finally and puts me into another hardcore kill confirmed lobby, again i leave and told him once again hardpoint only is what i paid for.

After waiting a little while he invites me and we start, now at this time i didn't have advanced uav unlocked. I've been in tones of bot lobbies in the past, i always drop 100-250 kills and never had issues. I asked him if he can ask his hoster to capture the hardpoints from time to time so the game goes longer so i can find the bots, as every other seller i have been with has done that out of common sense, he tells me he will ask and never gets back to me. For the first time ever i dropped 25 kills in a bot lobby, yes 25 in a goddamn bot lobby. this happened multiple times with my highest being 60 out of the 10 games, when i always drop over 100 with everyone else, usually 150-250 tbh. He couldn't care less, i also had the other buyer kill me multiple times, in which i told him and he proceeds to accuse me of killing him when i didn't, and if i did he must of been afk with the bots by mistake.

After the 3rd game, i asked him for a refund as i can see where this was all going, the lobbies and experience was horrible. He refused to give me a refund and in all honesty i feel scammed and ripped off, partly my fault for not going with my gut feeling from the start.

After another 7 frustrating and draining lobbies, the very last one a random joined less than half way through, i message orca saying to end it that theres someone in the lobby, he didn't respond until the game ended, i took a photo of the random and sent it to him. he proceeds to tell me that the random joined last minute, which is a lie. I had 42 kills and the random had nearly 35! but yeah, he joined last minute even though i ws clearly there from the begginning and had only 42. once again another low kill lobby.

Surprisingly he gave me another game, not even an apology or anything. at this point i just wanted it to be over with, after it ended i apoligized saying that this was the worst service ive experienced etc, he then responded with a single sentence which i didnt even see, because just before i went to ask for a copy/ transcript of the chat so i can report him he closed my ticket and didn't allow me to post in the vouches as he knew i wasn't happy.

Again, this has got to be the worst seller ive had, i feel ripped off and cant even attempted to refund my money back as i paid with friends and family. all i want is to either have a refund or at least my games re-done in a proper way.

I want to also mention, as i already said all sellers ive been with have common sense and do what they can to slow the game down but capturing the point or flags from time to time, and i only asked orca to do this as i didnt have advanced uav unlocked, if he did work with me a bit and helped me i would have dropped at least 100 kills and had advanced uav unlcoked very fast, out of the 10 games i only managed to get 1 gun to max level, and wasted 4 xp tokens as i had to wait multiple times including the 40 minutes.

I know there nothing i can do, or that anyone will do. Just please be careful, again most trusted sellers are good. this is just my honest review.
