What is your budget and currency? $1300 (USD)
What will you use the PC for? Gaming
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? No, have 2 Spectre 24in 75hz
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No
Do you need an operating system? No
Will you overclock? Prob not, who knows
Anything else we should know? Prefer the build to be white. Just want to see what you guys can come up with for $1300.

White Build - no graphics card, any white edition 2070 upwards will be an arm and a leg new, seek Facebook marketplace with the rest of the budget for a white card of some sort, the remaining budget (if prices are like the UK second hand wise) should get you a 2070 (I just had a brief look on Facebook near me, saw two 2070 super OC in white for £300ish, so have a look in your area and try bargain with people perhaps). Power supply is a bit overkill for the system, but its future proof and realistically won't save you a great deal if you went for anything much lower.

I'd recommend if you go with a build like this/this build, get some custom braided cables, it would definitely finish the PC internally - depending on how white you want the system, you could get white cables, or try a silver accent - probably set you back about $40-50 for all the cables.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor ($249.00 @ Best Buy)

Motherboard: ASRock X570 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($169.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($139.97 @ Amazon)
Case Fan: Corsair iCUE SP RGB ELITE 47.73 CFM 120 mm Fan ($24.99 @ Amazon)

I wouldn't personally go for a 2070, 3070's can be found for reasonable prices here in the US from what i've seen. The only thing i'd change is instead of a SP RGB fans maybe some noctua P12s unless they have a need for RGB (if so i'd go for LL fans to get a better offset in color.).

Damn, source me a 3090 Americano

Only reason I picked the SP fan is the 4000x case is already pre-installed with SP fans so all the software/wiring to the Corsair commander hub etc would be simple & not cause any RGB delays and so forth.

Thank you guys for the advice. I have found some graphics cards on fb market place, 2080 Supers are only $350, while 3070s for around $430, and 3060 Ti's for $385. Would 2080 Super be the move there?

Yeah absolutely, a 2080 super would handle everything thrown at it - I had one before I upgraded to a 3080 and honestly, there isn't a huge difference, or not a big enough difference to sacrifice the price difference.

So I just went ahead and got a EVGA XC 3070 for $330 local through a marketplace, I think I want to go with the Lian Li O11D Mini Snow Edition. So, I will need to get a SFX Powersupply with that. Now do you think a Ryzen 5 5600x will pair well with the 3070? Its a little cheaper than the Ryzen 7 5800x, and I was thinking of the NZXT N7 B550 Mobo, since it supports all of the case functions, do you think that would be good? with a 750W Lian Li sfx power supply?

Sweet, a 3070 will be a beast!

The Ryzen 5600x paired with it would be perfect, no bottlenecking etc. The motherboard is perfect too, more of a white theme than the one I suggested - I only used the one I picked due to it being the most reasonable priced board for the build theme (and it not being some off branded Chinese knock off). Power supply is cool too, nice to have everything matching - not that you see it haha.

Nice case choice too, makes having a small case with an ATX board look internally sick, no empty spaces or what not, just keep on top the cabling and it'll look sweet. I'm in the process of debating whether to get a nice Lian Li case, but I know I'll only acknowledge it and enjoy it for a month and after that it wouldn't have been worthwhile haha. Get rid of the Corsair fan I included in the build, that was purely because the case I suggested didn't have an exhaust fan and the one chosen was the same as the fans preinstalled in the case. The Lian Li fans are sick, but they're $$$.

Should be solid from there, good luck with it
