Rtx 3080
4 stick to equal 128GB of the CORSAIR - VENGEANCE 64GB (2PK x 32GB) 5200MHz DDR5 C40 ram

I mean it'll be fine, i'm not sure i'd really go that route unless you have a need for RAM like that. Most people don't and those who do are specific use cases. I'd go with half the RAM unless there is a specific sale going on or you have a serious need for that much. I'd personally get more storage, would be a better long term value.

Okay so 64 will probably be more acceptable then. I'm really only gonna be doing heavy mods and gaming at max graphical settings

Depending on how the mods are loaded you would be fine with 32Gb as well. There's no need to throw money around unless you know you're going to actually require it.

decent mod loading = Cities skylines - decent compression and packing
not so decent mod loading: Kerbal space program - bad compression and takes forever to patch in

for the most part 16GB covers all bases, however i keep my systems at 32GB for my workflows being messy.

When you say this is my pc, do you mean you already own this and are already wanting to get the ram?

If you don't own either, I'd highly advice staying away from a acer prebuilt. I'll wait for an answer before saying anymore though lol
