This happens more often then not, I would go to sign in and would just get the spinning circle for so long to then be greeted with an error message, i found deleting the profile from the console and re downloading worked for me

This might mean one of the following: There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service. There's a problem with the security information for your Microsoft account. There's a problem with the Xbox Live profile that's stored on your Xbox 360 console.

I'm certain this is same error code i was also getting, sometimes it would take me like 10 minutes of trying to log in, if your account is set up correctly and the servers are fine which they appear to be i guess you just need to keep trying. Perhaps reboot router although i highly doubt that is the issue.

Log onto xbox.com with the account info on your phone or laptop and send said person a code, because most of the time they have 2 step verification on which prevents you from downloading the account
