It's not a stealth issue, it's a two-step verification issue. I had the same issue on my console. Go to this website, sign in, go to security, additional security settings, put your password in again if it asks, hit not now if it asks you to break away from passwords, disable, two-step verification. I know you probably didn't activate two-step verification as I didn't either, but when I went there, it was enabled for some reason, so just disable it, delete your profile if it's on your hard drive though just hit profile only and then re-download your profile it should work
