I am a chef myself and tried to go full vegan for like 3 months. So no animal products at all. This was very tough and i was not liking the vegan stuff at all. Eating all kinds of weird stuff and nuts all day to get my daylies. I was not a fan.

To this day im still eating the alpro products becouse i love them whaha.
I think a full vegan diet can't be good for your health on the long run.

GGs. Vegans are not clever clearly, they are genius. I can see the perspective or stipulations on why someone would do it, but I've never been bothered to change my diet personally. The progress on fake meat like the Impossible shi, it's delicious, rocks your socks off. Totally agree though, the ag industry knows how I like my meat and I couldn't be phased to change my diet unless I had to. I definitely think that Vegans looking down on people for not following their choices is wack and even perspectives flipped, it has to be one of the most strict diets. Depends on views and results of diet I suppose, but a vast majority don't even ponder about how they get their meats. Or they're just like me and don't care. https://www.thetechgame.com/images/chat/smiles/nodders.gif

The answer to topics question.
No.

There's really no black and white answer to your question tbh. It really depends on the individual. Same thing goes with any type of lifestyle, diet etc.

Some people sleep 6 hours and love it with the extra 2 hours they have to do other things while others could sleep for 6 hours and be exhausted. For that individual, it would not be worth it to sacrifice 2 hours of sleep if it's impeding their daily lives. However, it wouldn't be fair to say 6 hours of sleep are for stupid people just because it didn't work out for them.

Everybody is different and has to find what works best for them with not only food options but every lifestyle choice they make.

I'd say vegan is a super smart and healthy diet. Probably overall the best diet you can be on as long as you aren't eating any processed foods

Scizor wrote Cons - I hate dairy milk alternatives, I'm lactose intolerant so I tried soy/almond/etc long before ever eating vegan, I never liked them. Especially the vanilla flavored ones, chocolate I can kind of get down with but I rarely drink milk.

Have you tried making your own oat milk? Quick, easy, cheap, adaptable to your taste preference and very pleasing.
Only con is that I've never found a recipe that works with Earths greatest ground brown beans.
