What is your budget and currency? - 1300 USD (can squeeze into 1500 I think)
What will you use the PC for? - Gaming
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? - Planning to buy 1440p later. Not rn
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? - No
Do you need an operating system? - No
Will you overclock? - Never done it. Will appreciate any advice on that.
Anything else we should know? - Everything in my initial message

If the motherboard isn't counted as part of the budget,

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor ($249.00 @ GameStop)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.90 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($114.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($129.99 @ Adorama)
Case: Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x (2021) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.99 @ Corsair)
Total: $823.86

Leaving you with $400-500 for a GPU - definitely seek after one second hand as retail prices are still unreasonable and places like Facebook marketplace can get you a solid deal. With the remainder budget, you could definitely get a 3080 if you look properly, otherwise a 3070.

Others may differ in case preference but I believe for the price, what you get and the airflow the case provides, its incredible for the price - you get 3 Corsair RGB fans & a Corsair RGB hub for the fans. If you do decide this case, add another SP120 Corsair fan as it has no exhaust fan, just 3 intakes.

Depending on how much you care for an aesthetic build, you can always get non RGB ram as well as a non RGB case which could save you a little, but not a huge amount.

Otherwise, this would be my preference of parts.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor ($194.00 @ B&H)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.90 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($124.99 @ B&H)
Video Card: ASRock Phantom Gaming D OC Radeon RX 6800 16 GB Video Card ($489.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Pop XL Air ATX Full Tower Case ($119.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x (2021) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Sceptre E275B-QPT168 27.0" 2560 x 1440 165 Hz Monitor ($199.97 @ Amazon)
Total: $1428.82

Included a high refresh rate monitor within budget. Look at RX 6700/6700XT's if you want to save money on GPU. If you really want NVidia, wait for RTX 40 cards within your budget or look on the used market. RX 6700, 6700XT, 6800, and 6800XT's have been stonking good value if you're looking to buy a brand new in box GPU though.
