I'm keeping it short as I'm about to go play.

If you're on xbox you can change your Location to New Zeland and your timezone to kimari islands { bottom of timezone list }

- then go ahead and boot up your game!

Sorry.. PSN you're better of waiting it requires purchasing in that region on an account in that region.

PC? I guess.. attempt to change your timezone Goodluck, have fun!
