Sporadic freezing / hard crashes can be software related. But...given the typical history of gaming pre-builts, I'm betting something in the assembly process got screwed up.

Check your motherboard power connectors, reseat your memory, reseat your GPU, reseat and repaste your CPU cooler.

if these are things you aren't confident doing yourself, you will need your computer professionally diagnosed.

Sadly you do need to be computer-savvy to diagnose a system, which is a huge problem with pre-built PCs. Out of the box it should work flawlessly, because people buying pre-builts often aren't the most savvy...

Rareparrot wrote My pc tends to freeze after like 10 minutes of playing it runs everything fine at 60 fps i just got this thing 2 days ago and idk if its a casing issue or what idk how to check i can emulate ps3 games fine and it wont overheat but when i play bigger games like rdr2 is freezes

Try a better heat sink, more/new fan, watercool, put it in the freezer.

Tjunction of the 13700KF is 100*C so on that front your fine.

When you say "it freezes my GPU" what exactly is it doing?

You can't limit your CPU temperature using afterburner

You bought a prebuilt, you should have customer support. Contact them. You're the ideal candidate for it.
