Haven't updated in awhile but I have still worked out every single day

I had chest yesterday and I PR'd with 275 lbs on flat bench and failed a 285

Ended up doing back and bi's last night and it was a really good workout, ill soon start tracking my exact workouts x reps x weight but I always forget once I start

I ended up doing some abs after also and the total workout was around 2 hours + and I was trying to hurry because I had homework due at midnight I got home and my homework was pushed back a week because apparently I'm on spring break?

Hit 275 lbs on flatbench again and bounced it off my chest this time, went for 295 and failed
