Wondering what this wood is called as i wanna do this in my attic all DIY and learn as i go never had a father to teach me things so i have to start somewhere so do not slate me thanks

In order to do something like that you would need a circular saw, impact and some screws. It wouldnt be a hard project but when you do anything in an attic you need to be very careful when moving around |

Yeah this is OSB. A cheaper version of plywood. This is pretty much wood chips pressed and glued together. Pretty much what ever house is being built of now days. As it's strong, and cost effective. As well as it doesn't warp bad, and is almost always square. Unlike plywood.
