if you have purhcased resident evil 4 remake and want to keep the game but get your money back send me a dm we need more people in on this they are being caught for deceptive business practices They are obligated to accurately represent their products and not engage in deceptive advertising practices. If the difficulty scaling significantly impacts the gameplay experience and was intentionally hidden by the developers without disclosure, it would potentially be considered deceptive.

Adaptive difficulty has been included in the original game since 2005 and was never disclosed by CAPCOM, why would the reimplementation of this feature without disclosure be any different to the same feature that's been present for the last 18 years?

Difficulty isn't advertised and the idea of adaptive difficulty goes both ways, it scales up and down based on your skill level and variables that have happened during your save such as accuracy, kills, hits, time spent etc. What part of that would be considered deceptive?
