Hi guys
Which meal replacement companies do you use in the UK? I've been looking at Huel and Proteinworks but they all seem to be "dietary" meals. I'm not specifically looking to diet, just looking to maintain but eat/drink more healthily whilst at work. Any recommendations guys? |

But eating is one of life's joys?
Usually I just make extra dinner the night before and take the leftovers to work the next day. Or I make a couple of sandwiches. I'd guess that's probably healthier than a powder or a drink. |

AD4M wrote Hi guys Majority of meal replacements will be titled as "Diet" as that's the target audience. Protein shakes like Whey, Grenade, Huel etc are your best bet but it depends how active your job is. For example you don't wanna drink 2-3 shakes a day sitting in an office. If you're in a Labour intensive job then they'd be great. |

I mainly use USN for my meal replacement shakes. The chocolate flavour is amazing, 25g of protein and 12g of carbs per serving |

AD4M wrote Hi guys Depends on your needs, but to be clear, Meal replacement shake and meal shakes tend to get mixed up. A meal replacement shake is a liquid meal used to replace meals - generally with fewer calories than a 'normal' meal. That's why meal replacement shakes are mainly used for controlling weight. A meal shake is a drinkable meal that provides all the nutrients of a nutritionally complete meal. You can also then throw protein shakes into the mix too, which aren't necessarily for dieting / providing whole food nutrients but act as a meal replacement and are good for building muscle. \ Can't recommend you any meal replacement shakes / meal shakes outside of the main crowd. Huel seems to be the most popular. But in terms of a protein shake, I would definitely recommend the brand Per4m. Best tasting protein shakes around. |
