Slept on my back wrong and noticed my back was hurting a little but didn't think much of it, when I went to workout I ended up hurting it a bit more and am not sure if I will be able to workout today or tomorrow, most likely going to rest it and see if it gets better. |

Been at it consistently again and I'm feeling better than ever
I'm at a new lowest weight of 225 (i was 290-300) and I have retained a lot of muscle still I'd love if more users used this thread as a workout log because I enjoy going back to older post in here to see what I was doing that day, and if you don't workout today is the perfect day to start |

Been hitting gym 5 x a week recently. Waking up at 5am and doing it before work. Feels absolutely amazing! I just need to sort my diet out. I LOVE food.. like to the point I'm considering adding it to my CV / Resume as a hobby
Been seeing my strength increase loads and my body take better shape. Been considering jumping on creatine, but I need to increase my water intake. I'm drinking about 2L on the days I train. But hardly anything on none training days. Any thoughts on whether I should jump on it? My goal is: Trying to cut down body fat whilst putting on muscle / gaining strength. |

Been consistently going to the gym 5x a week. Hit legs yesterday and felt a pop in my lower back during squats. Was in quite a bit of pain for several hours after with very limited mobility. Been taking pain relievers pretty much as often as I can. Feels a little better this morning so going to just give it a few days to rest and see where we stand.
Hoping it gets better and I don't have to go see a doctor but we shall see. |
