Looking for someone with experience with wifi meshing. We currently just upgraded to wifi6 and have 1gb up and down. Our home is around 2600 sqft and we have a few dead spots in the basement and far side of the home.. I don't know much about these. Kinda wondering if I can just go buy whatever |

I was sent these from my ISP as part of my broadband package and I don't have any complaints at all. My current package is 1Gbps down and 100Mb/s up and having both eero's connected wirelessly, I get around 500-600Mb/s on the receiving end (which is located upstairs).
I use the eero on the ground floor as my router (since that is what my ISP provided) and the 2nd one is upstairs connected wirelessly. They have 2 ethernet ports on the back and I have a few devices wired to the one upstairs along with a switch to connect more devices too. The ethernet ports can also be used to connect to the primary eero for full connectivity if needed however my current speeds via wireless are more than adequate for me. Here are my speed test results to give you an idea of what sort of speeds I am getting with my setup. https://www.speedtest.net/result/14997128813.png |

I was curious on the drop of performance but starting at 1gb seems like the drop would be fine in the locations |
