Open for a little while. If you request a remote recovery make sure you're signed off the game.
**With black ops I have issues deranking on remote recovery. I'm pretty sure the account needs to be reset first but I don't remember off the top of my head. If you try to go down a prestige it'll revert back to your original. Probably something I'm missing. |
