Without recovery, I mean challenge lobbies like other cods such as mw2 does

Only ways that I am aware of is telling someone to host a private match going in spectator mode and giving them stats, or remote reovery

(theres also theater XP infection but this takes a loooooooong time)

Not menus where you can pick your own stuff no, as said above 1-15th prestige with unlock all and legit stats, which is picked whilst you're spectating. No other way for Ingame stuff (excluding remote recovery)
