I have migraines most days, I tend to use either a cold face mask or a combination of painkillers |

The flashing is called an "aura"
I get them before the headache comes on, my doctor gave me a medication to take while I get the aura and before the pain comes, but it's usually so quick I don't get to them in time. All you can really do is turn the lights off, get somewhere quiet or use noise cancelling headphones, and try to sleep it off. It usually takes me a while to fall asleep, then I'll wake up with a slight headache and a lot of confusion. Good luck, and hopefully you're like me where they are not very common. |
