I am having issues RGH my trinity, I ran into some issues with my nand so I created a donor nand, with that all said and done it seemed to all look good and check out but when I try to load my console up in anyway possible (xell) boots up everytime even with a controller

Make sure you have the correct CPU key from Xell input and create and flash a new XeBuild.
