Hey, I want to do a custom build on a gaming rig that can run any games at high setting, as well as game stream. I will also need monitor, and streaming setup as well. Thanks if anyone can help me do this build.

I would look at pcpartpicker on the completed builds tab to see other people's builds and what they spent on them!

Here was a nice budget build I recently built, parts are all available on Amazon Prime but if you're not in a rush you can shop around and get them a lot cheaper elsewhere.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
CPU Cooler - ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS
Motherboard - MSI B550-A PRO Motherboard ATX
Memory - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB
Storage - WD_BLACK 1TB SN770 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4
Graphics Card - MSI Radeon RX 6600 MECH 2X 8G Gaming Graphics Card
Case - Phanteks Eclipse G300A Midi-Tower Tempered Glass, ARGB, 3 Fans, Black
Power Supply - Be Quiet! 650W System Power 10 PSU, 80+ Bronze, Fully Wired, Strong 12V Rail, Temp
Operating System - Windows 11

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor ($130.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory ($30.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Speedster SWFT 319 Radeon RX 6800 16 GB Video Card ($429.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air RGB ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x (2021) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($94.97 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Pixio PX243 23.8" 1920 x 1080 165 Hz Monitor ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1016.91

1080p high refresh rate is the best you'll do with this budget really. You could maybe take a hit on the GPU and get a 1440p 144Hz monitor instead, but RX 6800+1080p165Hz is a pretty good pairing.

Speaking of GPU; you could go with an 8GB RTX 4060Ti if you want the NVidia alternative, but I wouldn't really recommend it. The RX 6800 is only $30 more but has twice the VRAM and performs a good bit better than the 4060Ti.
Alternatively, for $70 less than an 8GB 4060Ti, you can get an RX 6700XT which is still going to have more VRAM, and will perform roughly on par with the 4060Ti.
