i downloaded all the dlc in the content folder and i see all of them as unlocked in xm360 but i dont see it in the system storage settings and i also dont see it on the game itself it says to download it from the store

Check to make sure you put it in the right directory. Should be Content/0000000000000000/415608CB/00000002/dlc files here

so i just unlocked all dlc in xm360 and also i removed it before and readded it and it was already unlocked byitself for some weird reason. i assumed you always gotta unlock it.

now when i launch mw3 it says "playing with original maps only. download all DLC content you are entitled to from the store in order to play DLC maps."

and another funny thing is when i go to private match i can see those DLCs.

Sounds like possibly an issue with the 2 free maps that are required to play online. Try downloading terminal and whatever the other one is from the store within the game.

For erosion & terminal I followed a guide back then that had something to do with (horizon) it was very simple. I would look for that tutorial on YouTube, you should be able to find it.
