How to send and Join lobbies using Private chats:
Open the xbox 360 menu
Go to messages
Select Create New
Select Private Chat Invite
Enter the Hosts Gamertag
Send
open 360 menu
go to chat
select host's name
view profile
Join session

How to open the Xbox 360 menu on Xbox One:
Load the game and then press the menu and view button at the same time (the button with the 3 lines and the button with the 2 squares)

Send me a message or private chat message on xbox360
for an invite, or join session.

LT + Down on Dpad to open menu once verified.
To navigate through menu use up and down on dpad,
to select a tab hit x, to back out of tab use your knife button.

For unlock all, go to account menu, i recommend these steps in order
-Level 80
-Elite Camos
-Color Classes(if wanted)
-select the prestige you'd like
-unlock everything

When finished back out and verify. To get your camos and attachments
go into a online match, and get a kill with the gun you'd like to have camo's and
attachments on. You will have to repeat this process for every gun.
