Ghost is the man to go to for custom avatars. Not sure if it's animated but definitely check out his thread on this forum where he's doing custom requests as we speak

would like animated i didnt reply to his forum post as thats free work and as im asking for something different id be willing to pay

If you have an idea of what you want (theme, colours etc) then feel free to PM me. I usually charge £15/$20 for animated profile graphics although prices vary depending on the request.
