I fully had to search that one up, "several days" I don't wanna think about it.

So after all this, it's a no for an eco friendly car?

They are hard to find people to work on them and most of the time its mobile electric cars mechanics. So brick and mortor on that. Definitely the annoying having to wait 30 mins for a full charge depending on your charger compared to a 5 minute fuel up. As far as installing a charger they are not as hateful if you shop around. And as far as emissions for the environment that's all BullS*it because the vehicles don't even make up 10% of the emissions in the world.

I would've thought that tyres lasted longer as it weighed less? That's some decent feedback. I never really considered the mechanical side of things either. I suppose waiting 30 minutes would be a lot cheaper than refuelling though. I wonder how many years it would take to say "I've saved x amount of money" after buying one.

Being that the batteries are centered to the car the amount of coiling that is needed in the motors and such it makes them somewhat the same or even more as far as weight goes. but it does make them a low center on gravity which puts alot of added stress to the tires with added torque. Also needs speacialty tires due to the static electricity from the road surfaces. A lot of electric cars have tires that have a thing of foam in them to help eliminate that. the other issues there is, is towing them can be costly as well as considering they have to be dragged and such.

I really didn't know all this, I originally thought they'd have motors on each wheel for strange reason lool why does towing them cost more? I'd assume they'd just work the same as standard vehicle (engines)?
