oh I have alot but the biggest would be people being lazy and not pulling their weight...

I work at a steel mill and it gets tiring fast when you are having to do someone elses job because theyre lazy

Working with useless people. Who are over paid and don't deserve what they are paid. Everyone on this thread has mention just about all of the biggest laziest people who can't pull their own weight

Literally. The biggest pet peeve is working with someone who just comes in for the check. Doesnt want to actually work.
