I use to drink a lot of water but recently it's been kinda hard so maybe 2 to 3 bottles a day I need to up it again

I'd never drink water before. Since I've been training I've cut down fizzy to one can a day and mainly drink water.

I used to drink at least a gallon a day working construction. Now that I have a less demanding job, I still try to drink as much water as possible but nowhere near the construction amount lol.

Great question, I work outside so I try to drink about a gallon every day.

I should drink more water each day but I am absolutely horrible at it lol
I just never had the motivation or anything to do so.. but I do drink gatorade quite a bit.. about 2 or 3 regular bottles lol
