Do you have a daily walking target (step count)?

I personally have a target of 11k steps

I try to do around 10K a day, but most the time I forget to bring my phone snd not know or I just... don't lol

Noo but I do look at it after from work or the gym because some days range from 14,000 to 22,000 steps

I don't have a goal I just walk however much I walk. Average daily steps this year is 7,654

I just walk. For work I'm constantly on my feet and walking across our main street like 100 times a day. My average step count is about 10k.

get in at least 10k a day along with 30 mins of incline cardio at the gym pre workout
