We all have one, or several. I have quite a bit myself.

Bottling my emotions until I explode would probably be my worst one.

Mine would be just bottling my emotions but I never explode I let my mind ruin me until I'm just a sorry man

well, from aa/na, i learned one thing. and heard it 103843754342 times.

one day at a time.

but break that down. one step at a time. one second at a time. i practice my patience near daily since i work customer service at a retail store. people talk to me crazy all day everyday. i have seen it all. (out and at work).

people can be nuts sometimes. try focusing on what you CAN control, and forget what you can't. dont waste your happiness on sad people doing sad crap.

idk about that, im kind of awkward. but i do like to help others. its something i have always enjoyed doing. helping others, helps me if that makes sense. i strive to make people feel better. i think its because for so long, i had a very dark outlook on myself and life in general.
