@Tasty Lord. That's real impressive man. How long have you been consistently running? Flat terrain? Have you attempted a marathon yet, I mean you're almost doing 'em for fun! I used to be a big runner. I've run on and off all my life but even at my peak I only ran a 15km, 11km and 7km each week for about 18 months / two years. I never managed, or even considered, pushing for 20 miles though! I've been craving some running here but I didn't bring my shoes and they don't sell shoes my size in Asia haha


Just got back to the gym two weeks ago, nothing too serious and no long term goals. Since I've moved away I'm not as physically active as I usually am so I'm lightly training. Twice a week and enjoying it. But man, the muscle ache is lasting for days after! Playing some pretty frequent table tennis too.


thank you, my last video i uploaded on my channel is me actually talking about my frustration with muscle sorness going on for days after working out. I am glad someone understands it. I could hardly move after my first leg day.

I've been running consistently again for the last 2 years I'd say. I did cross country in high school/college but then stopped running and started mainly lifting. Then during the pandemic I stopped doing anything and got real unhealthy. So yeah, glad to be back to running again. I am planning on doing a marathon later this fall! I have done one marathon, about 5 years ago now

You should definitely try to run again (once you get shoes in your size)! It sounds like you've got the experience and it's something you'd like to do again. That's the best part about running, all you need is a pair of shoes and you can do it anywhere! And I know you weren't talking to me, but cool to see you've been getting into the gym over there

Just got back home from my first gym session of the day. Did a good 15 sets of back, and I was at the gym for a long time just having a ton of fun. My grandpa was helping me film so between sets we got carried away soemtimes. I will be going to planet fitness later, and while the shop next to them looks at my iphone 11 since im selling that, i will be in the gym next door getting my biceps pumped up. lets go

I worked out at a Club 4 Fitness for the first time yesterday in Dallas and it was huge, tons of equipment I wish my home gym had. I did shoulders and traps and there were a few machines I've never used before so there are parts of my body I have never worked out before that are extremely sore right now. I went with my girlfriends brother and we had a solid hour workout, apple watch was dead sadly. Luckily they let me workout for free and gave me a free shirt I plan to move out here soon, I can make some serious gains if I worked out in this gym everyday
