I used to rage and get really upset but I more or less just get off a game if I am getting upset.. i have smashed some keyboards though sadly haha

Yes. Always have ( but only competitive shooters like fortnite or call of duty , I used to RAGE RAGE on zombies as well I took it VERY serious when I was younger in school still lol ) I take good care of my stuff always but zombies fort & CoD have made me throw my controller in the past a few times before I switched to PC lol. Fortnite made me rage so hard once I tried to snap my Xbox elite controller literally In half lmao it tore the rubber grips off slightly because of it
