honestly cant think of the all time hardest rn but I will say fighting Vader on Jedi Survivor more recently was REALLY hard lol I had to lower the difficulty ngl

Mortal Kombat 2 on hard difficulty. Specifically the Arcade Kollection remake on the Xbox 360.

For some reason it was 30x harder than the SNES version. MK1? Light work, Mk3? Pretty difficult but did it. But MK2 took me literally 8+ hours to complete and it was only like 12 fights.

Besides that, I think the hardest time i had in recent times was Cod WW2, The healing system was so jank and made the game way more difficult than it needed to be. And since i played it on veteran i barely got any heals through the campaign. Not to mention i got softlocked on the tank part. Easily took me 20+ hours to finish a 5-8 hour campaign.
