Simple and very easy go to www.callofduty.com/betagiveaway
Login to your cod account select region USA and whatever platform you are trying to play on
you will instantly receive a beta code


ENJOY THE BETA

NOTE
This has been reported a few times as not working but I have had many confirmations it still does work
if you are on console you dont need a code (battlenet/steam you do!) you just need to sign in to your COD account and select the console you are wanting to play the beta on it should say code accepted open MW2 select play beta and there you go beta for free

This doesn't work I tried and it's not working. But if anyone needs a code I got 2 PC and Xbox I don't play PC or Xbox
