This is quite the long shot, but is anyone famaliar with this? I recently purchased this item, and I thought it might be more then it was. I am not thrilled about the range of motion or the height or really all the dimensions, kind of just suck in my opinion. i heard a great quote once

Gym equipment, is NOT made by people who use the gym. They use the gym to make money.

Is there anywhere you attach weight too? Looks like a leg extension and hamstring curl bench. Leg extension with the bottom posts and hamstring curls using the top posts.

Yes, thats exactly what it is. Curls you lay down on your stomach to do, leg extensions you sit on your glutes and raise yourlegs, theres padding for knees and all that stuff.

But yes, I will take another pic, but there is an iron bar that you can load olympic weight plates on to. Its not machine weight. Either way I sit/lay on the padding on the top that is visible, it doesnt feel good. It is just no "perfect" spot like there usuall is at least ONE of for most people on different parts of different machines, right? Hope that makes sense.

the plastic bag, that is only on there, because i oiled it up, that way the machine moves as well as it can. It can come off in a day or so. But the weight plates, go on that silver thing, the bar, right under the plastic bag. thats where you put the weight. it probably has a max load of 4-6 45 pounds plates, could use bumpers, but way more thick = way less weight not that im strong enough to amx it out anyway lol

yeah, and with a 45 pounds plate, it seems to just be too big for the lying leg curls. i tried different positions, but my legs would touch the plate and pretty much would work against me while trying to do a full range of motion rep..

Yeah that does look like an awkward setup. Probably gonna have to use 25lb plates if anything.

see thats what i originally tried, still felt awkward position wise, right, but it was still DOABLE, im wondering if i put better shoes on, and used maybe a 35lb? id have to test it and see obviously. but it is a BIT smaler? might as well try, right? but will have to try tomorrow because i have it out in the front room for now.

In terms of range of motion you could also try putting a couple thick blankets under your pelvis so it elevates your hips thus getting a deeper stretch in your hamstrings in the bottom position.

Good luck and lmk lol
