You can't move the menu to a different part of your screen
You have to manually scroll thru the list of items to spawn, it should be completely alphabetical or just add a search option There is a search option but the menu doesn't block inputs to the game so you open random screens while typing
When teleporting to another player I just get stuck on an infinite loading screen

There is a search option.

In the item spawning window it is the very first option, you can begin typing and it will limit the displayed items to fit your entered characters.
