I keep receiving this DirectX Error code 0x887A0005

I have my drivers updated, I have my settings on medium and I play full screen with 200 frames 1440p

My memory is using 54% and occasionally my CPU uses 100% even though I have the game set to use my Graphics Card

PC Specs:

i9-10900k
RTX 3080
32gb Vengeance Ram

Is there anything I can do to make this game run optimally and STOP CRASHING? It's getting ridiculous. I cant even play ranked because I keep freezing/crashing.

Your CPU could be faulty. Are you able to run other games that would be considered intensive?
Is your PC brand new or upgraded? If its upgraded did you uninstall old drivers. next thing you could try is downloading DDU and do a fresh install of all drivers. Cod is both CPU and GPU intensive and according to bottleneck calculator you're bottlenecked during CPU intensive task although unsure how accurate that is.

Did you solve the issue? If not is your cpu overclocked ? I had my xmp profile turned on and cod crashed almost once every 3 games. I turned my xmp off everyt time I played cod after that and it never crashed again. I have no idea why I stress tested my overclock for hours and not a single crash. I'd hope in cod and within 15 minutes crash to desktop. It's the only game I had this issue with.
