i Fast until lunch then eat lunch dinner and supper. Helps me have bigger meals and some snacks |

Im pretty consistent at 3. Usually Workout, have a post workout protein shake which carries me through to lunch, then have a pretty hefty lunch with lots of protein, and then on to dinner. Sometimes a throw a few protein bars in to help me make it to either lunch or dinner |
