Honestly. A good Moderator or staff member should have to prove himself. Same as in the work place. You should learn about what it takes to do the job efficiently and correctly before stepping up to any position. People who get handed jobs for no reason. Or put in the position usually suck at the job and don't have a clue wtf they are doing

No offense Johnny. But you have been here as long as I have been and not near enough post. Which means you're not very active in the community. Hanging out in the shoutbox to kiss ass doesn't help much with what's going on with the site

Haters going to hate. But it's like this people judge by actions if your late to work daily or weekly the. Your not considered a reliable employee kind of the same thing here if your not dedicated to the task at hand then why would someone want to hire a person who can't get to work on time
