As a note of transparency, we publish the current status of any given product as accurately and timely as possible on our status page. These maintenance windows can sometimes be as little as 30 minutes and in rare cases, longer than a few days. During maintenance windows, license keys are paused and in most cases, our developers will compensate for downtime if it is an issue related to our services.

I understand your frustration and I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Unfortunately, game updates are out of our control. We are not affiliated with any of the game titles we sell, and so it is impossible for us to know when updates will be released beforehand. In the future, we encourage you to check the status page for a given product before purchase.

That would be all good but .... I joined your discord .... I opened a ticket and enquired about said programme , they gave me a link to buy said programme and said nothing about being down, so I bought the programme thinking alls good .... wasn't until it came to downloading key and set up your adming turned around and said "oh it may not work" ..... if thus was the case the second I opened ticket the admins should have said.... or better yet when something has been down for 5 days atleast take it off your website like every other provider does...... I completely understand the status page is on your site but when I don't know your site and joined via discord and opened ticket your admins should have atleast wanted instead of sending me link and warning after receiving said payment..... if they told me it's down before in ticket then I'd understand but they didn't they took payment like normal.
