Earlier this year, in February 2024, my account was hacked. As soon as I noticed, I changed all my passwords and quickly contacted Activision for assistance.

Shortly after the hack, I was unable to connect online. After a few weeks, I was able to log in again but noticed my account had changed: I had camos I never unlocked, and my classes were all different. Aside from these cosmetic changes, nothing else was altered.

I played for a few weeks after contacting Activision, who did nothing to help. Essentially, I was using a hacked account, but I was not actually cheating.

After returning from vacation, I tried logging in only to find I was permanently banned. Activision told me there was nothing I could do. Despite writing an appeal and providing proof that I did nothing wrong, they still banned me for life. I spent countless dollars, always played fairly, and never cheated.

Anyone know a way around this or how to get my account back?

Activision support absolutely doesn't care so there is 99.9% chance nothing can be done

If anything you can always try reporting them to the better business bureau
