So yeah, i got myself a new home (again) after battling mental health related issues and leaving my ex-fiance. For the last year-2 years i've struggled. Last August got really bad to the point where i was very suicidal at a motorway bridge and had to reach out for help calling 111 (UK) i had to get weekly phone calls by Healthy Minds which sucked balls. Then got put on 4 course of medication. Severe anxiety, depression and suicidal. I took myself off them back in November and have been battling my inner demons for a very long time since Freya was born 2018 which some of you know about as you guys were there every step of the way including the big man Sean. I am now on the mend, new home, new PC and a beautiful 6yr old daughter who literally saved my life.
I will be checking in more often and make somewhat of a return to TTG But just so you know, i am well now. 3 stone lighter in weight but that's good as i'm healthy and looking after myself again. Please...if you are struggling mentally. Seek help, it's ok to not be ok. Everyone suffers at some stage in their life See you guys around, my PMs always open! Jay fa-heart |
