Kind of pisses me off.about the police there in Pennsylvania. Spectators warned them that the kid had a gun and nothing was done about it long before the shooting could have save the person who died and the others that where injured ! Something should of been done about this also the shooter probably would still be alive if they would of took action when spectators warned police ahead of time
